I am a hands-on Art director who thrives on bringing the best ideas to life, through collaboration, coaching and communication across all disciplines. I focus on building team technical and creative skills that allow my colleagues to bring their ideas to life. I love coaching other artists to use available tools and resources, to think out of the box, to solve technical problems and to engage fully in the creative process. I relish the challenges and inspirations that come from problem solving aesthetic objectives against technological constraints and have a track record of coaching my teams to do the same.
